Why do you want to go for corrective surgery? It is needed only in severe cases.

Please do some excercises to correct your squint over a period of time. They are slow treatment as compared to surgery but remember surgery be it minor or major always have some side effects.

The best excercise- Take a pen. Now place a pen about 6 inches away from eyes holding pen in your hand.

See the tip of pen. Try to make a double image of pen and move pen closely in front your eyes stressing eyes to keep making 2 images.

This will strenghten your eye rotating muslces over a period of time thus squint will be reduced/totaly gone.
