I was surgically treated with a disk implant in my cervical spine. Disk failed and ended up with cervical myleopathy and need second surgery due to nerve roots never being protected during surgery.

Had a friend who was to have shoulder surgery and given a diagnosis and that diagnosis was never explained to my friend.

No follow through and no answers to questions.

I wrote the hospital about my situation and hospital has refused to answer me

Stay away from Bumrungrad Hospital. alot of advertising and facy building and that is all.

Staff is unwilling to answer questions and pretends they do not speak English which most understand and can speak. This hospital does not like being questioned, wants it to be all rosy.

This hospital is not ready for International Patient questions . Not ready for Accrediation at all.

this hospital has been invetigated for a young man death and father blames hospital. I read story and feel the I was getting same round around.

Care is good but be very careful if something goes wrong because you are doomed.
