I'm a final year tourism student at Sheffield Hallam University (United Kingdom) and I'm in the process of writing my final dissertation on the motivating factors of medical tourists. I doubt if you will received any attention in this forum. People tend to be conservative in answering personal questions. You might be better served if you were to advertise, instead of burying your request in a heap of posts.
