Three years ago - I had tattooed my boyfriend's name on my hands - the inside part of my left forearm. Well little did I know about the transience of relationships then! I had always though Love if for Life. But now thing are not all that hunky dory and after a traumatic phase I have decided to move on. I want to have the tattoo removed. This could be the first step towards - Moving On I guess. Could somebody tell me if it is possible? If so where can I get it done? I want a rather inexpensive way to do it. Please help me.

Hi, You can have it removed with a laser treatment. Since it is only a name, the area involved must be quite small, so it is not going to be very expensive. You can go to any cosmetic surgery clinic that has the facility for laser skin treatment, and it can be done there. These treatments are cheap in places like Thailand or Philippines, but it would be uneconomical to take a trip there for such a small procedure.

As for relationships, outward show like tattoos cannot hold for long. A relationship has to be from inside both people, otherwise there is no future in it. Sorry you had to learn the hard way, wish you Good Luck for the future, Move On Now!!

Tattoos s can be removed very easily with laser treatment – but do take care that you get it done from a qualified professional.
The scar outside can be removed ….but the scar inside….do…. take time to heal….all the best.

Hey, If you need things like tattoos to remind you of the one you love, then make sure it is a temporaty one. Real love does not need such superficial reminders, it would be there inside. If you absolutely want tattoos, go for art, which does not have to be replaced when there is a change in boyfriend!

Vittoria, you should try laser removal for tattoo removal...Laser can easily penetrate skin to remove the ink...please make sure you dont end up in scarring..so always have a word with doctor before starting the treatment...

If your tattoo is big, then you need 5 + sittings to remove it...if it is small..then only 1 or 2 sitting...
