Morning heel pain 1 Year, 9 Months ago Karma: 0  
I am having pain in my heels in the mornings as soon as I get out of bed. I find it difficult to walk for at least a few minutes.The pain eases later on but it is always there to a lesser degree. From the discription, you seem to have Plantar Fasciitis. You can go to India for the best herbal treatments, and have a good medical vacation too. Is there any other way of treating morning heal pain? I mean apart from herbal treatment?
