I was a model – I had to loose a lot of weight and followed a strict diet for the last couple of years – Now I plan to get married and have children -----THE PROBLEM IS I AM TOO SKINY – DOCTOR HAS ADVISED ME NOT TO HAVE CHILDREN IN THIS CONDITION. But however much I try I am not able to take in a full course meal……….I want to put on some weight ………I don’t mind a long vacation in some cool place……….Can u suggest a place where I can get some alternate treatment for my problem and were I can rewind.

While there are many institutions that cater to the needs of people who want to lose weight - there aren't any that overtly advertise for gaining weight. However, your problem is more to do with physical well being than weight gaining. I think you need to unwind and emotionally destress yourself so that you can build an appetite and be fit physically.

So when you are good and ready - leave all the cares/problems of the world to the rest of the world - (believe me the world can go on without you - atleast for some days) - and join a health spa in Kerala - South India. It will surely help you.

I agree with busybee that gaining weight is not something docs cater to. Just take a good long holiday by the seaside which should increase your appetite and enjoy your food. Fon't forget tye 8 hoursbeautysleep. You will definitely put on weight. I really don' see why cant yoou have children if u r slim.The point is not the fat on you that helps but rather your hip should be well developed and that is bone structure. Do have a second opinion.

You are on the right track - take a break and have some junk food too, and you will put on weight in no time at all. Go splurge on Fries and burgers and ice-creams and lots of desserts. Soon you might want to go to a slimming clinic!!

Here I am trying my best to lose fat - and you actually want to gain weight! Don't ever try that - Remain the way you are - coz once u gain weight - it is the MOST DIFFICULT TASK IN THE WORLD to shed it.

All you have to worry about is staying healthy. Be physically fit. That is all and please DONT GAIN WEIGHT!!!
