My husband is suffering from plantar fasciatis and in spite of wearing the insole recommended by the doc he is finding difficulty in walking. Is there any other treatment available other than injecting steroids. I have heard that bioceramics incorporated socks eases the pain. Has anybody had personal experience with thsi feature

treatment options for this condition include
Rest
Application of ice packs
Exercises and stretches for the heel bone
Anti-inflammatory medications
Shoe inserts
Nights splints that keep the heel stretched out

Try soaking the effected feet in warm salt water for half an hour daily before sleep . It really helps.
