Id love to have a fairer skin. My friends recommended taking gluthathione. They say it is for the liver and the side effect is that it makes your skin fair. IS this true? Isnt it bad knowing that you dont have liver disease and you are just after the side effect of the drug?

What are my other options to make my skin fair and healthy? Thank you

You should not take gluthathione because side effects are more then uses. There are many ways to take care of skin and make skin fair and healthy. One of the cream which my sister used was Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer. It made her fairer in about 6 weeks time and today after using it for about 6 months she is a different personality.
