Hello Ceesaa,
The best ways to prevent allery sneezing in the morning is:
Staying indoors in the morning when pollen levels are high.
Keeping windows closed and running an air conditioner.
Using air filters when inside and wearing face masks designed to filter out pollen when outdoors.
Avoiding yard work such as mowing the lawn when pollen levels are high
Avoiding unnecessary exposure to other environmental irritants like smoke, paint and air pollution.
Reducing the amount of dust in the home.
Treatment options:Medications to control or prevent symptoms are available in case an allergen is consumed. These include antihistamines for reducing gastrointestinal reactions, hives, sneezing or runny nose, and bronchodilators to relieve asthma symptoms. It is important, though, to first have definite proof that that the allergen consumed will not cause an anaphylactic reaction. Do contact your doctor before taking any medication.
In homeopathy the following drug has been recomended by the doctor in this web site you can try it. http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/51218/Allium cepa 30, 2 pills every morning for a week.

Hi ceesaa,

As mentioned by saseen, sneezing can be caused by many factors. Treatment must start with diagnosing the cause and its elimination. For patients with underlying diseases, treatment should be based first on it. In Allopathy,
For an acute infection - Antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral drugs are used.
For nasal irritation - Nasal drops of anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine drugs are used.
For irritation of eyes - Anti-inflammatory eye drops are used.
Anti-histamine drugs are commonly used in Allopathy. It arrests the release of histamine secretion for providing relief like Cetrizine, Avil, etc. As adverse reaction, these drugs can cause drowsiness, dizziness, sleeplessness and tremors

Desensitisation or immune therapy - This will take months together and regular follow-up with physician should be there. Here, allergic substances are injected in increasing doses to de-sensitise the allergic reaction of the body. Sometimes it may cause severe allergic responses

In Homeopathy, the treatment is for the symptoms and not the disease. Sneeze is a symptom. It comes to expel the irritant substance from the nose. If you are switching it off with heavy doses of anti-histamines or steroids, then you are violating natural protection and elimination. Hence, there will be chances of constant infection which resemble continuous or repeated attack of the cold and sneezing. These patients can be cured permanently with Homeopathy. Patients and doctors need patience in treating sneezing.

Homeopathy raises immunity and prevents further recurrences. Some people are allergic to foods, medicines, smells, irritants, dusts, A/C room, cold winds, etc. And some may get aggravated at night or morning, during change of temperature, humidity, altitude, smoking, fumes and irritants, i.e. allergic reaction differs from person to person, so Homeopathy works well since it concentrates more on the patient's individuality.

Some common medicines often used in complaints of sneezing are Aconite, Allium cepa, Ars Alb, Baryta carb, Belladonna, Calc carb, Rhus tox, Pulsatilla, Hepar sulph, Kali bich, Sabadilla, Phosphorus, Silicea, Thuja, Nux vom, Ammon Carb, Agraphis Nutans, Lemna minor, Lycopodium, etc. These medicines should be taken under the advice and diagnosis of a qualified Homeopath

Early morning sneezing is a common problem faced by most of the people. Not only asthma patients get it, but all the people who lack immunity suffer with this problem. However, sneezing is a symptom of allergy and that can be avoided when certain preventive measures told above are followed.

There is a treatment for this in India. I was suffering from bouts of sneezing and frequent running nose and colds. I was advised to go to India for Ayurvedic treatment, and I am happy that i did. It took about a month of treatments, and now I have an Ayurvedic medication that I take once a day, and I have not had the old problems for over a year now.

My little niece had a similar problem ……early morning she had bouts of sneezing…
Then my sister as per her doctors advice started to vacuum clean the bedroom every night…..after that the Childs sneezing stopped……… Now that we have come to know about the cause of her allergy…we take care to keep her room dust free…. ..
Similarly most of the morning sneezing problem is due to some allergic condition – try to find out the irritant …..surely ……it’s a better remedy than going in for medication……….

Well yes - the idea is to keep the room atmosphere absolutely dust free. Or she may even be allergic to pollen - many don't realize this. As with all allergy - prevention is the better than cure. When you know what causes the allergy it would be easier to prevent it from occurring. In extreme and severe cases - antihistamines do help - yet it would be advisable to consult a doctor rather than self medicate.
