I am suffering from constipation and flatulence from past 3 years and I tried most of the medications but there is no use. Any can help me to get rid of it?

This could be because of a stressful life. You must remember to include a lot of fiber products in your food and take your meal at regular intervals. Also remember to take at least three liters of water everyday.

Xochiquetzal is right, you may be leading a stressful life. Also try to do regular exercise and you may be having poor diet as well. Lead a healthy life, consume adequate amount of fiber and fluids. Better yet, go see a doctor so he could do a more accurate diagnosis on you. If needed, you may want to go on a medical travel. That will be a nice idea

Hello Yanstar, So you are responsible for some of the global warming and changing climate patterns that we see these days - and you have been at it for 3 years!

Never mind the global warming, that can wait. Our friends have given good advise here, try to follow that. Hi Hilliard – What’s that link between Global warming and poor Yenstar’s constipation and flatulence…….
Hi Yenstar don’t worry here is a simple home remedy – Roast 7 different types of grams and pulses ……powder the mixture and take two spoons every day ……..It will really help in improving the bowel movement.
