My neighbour also suffers from Fybromyalgia.Well, you have my total sympathy.
Its a lot of pain that never goes away and no-one believes you

You can try these:
1) Don't eat any potatoes or tomatoes for four days. Then eat them and see if your pain or swelling is affected.
2)Gently stretch every morning for ten minutes.
3)Reduce caffeine intake to 2 servings per day.
4)Take a non-drowsy allergy pill. This should relieve the inflamed trigger spots.
5)Loose weight.
6)Take2 calcium,magnesium, and zinc pills.Also a B-complex

amitriptyline can also help you to cope up with pain

hi everyone! im new here i kinda stumbled into this topic. anyway, i also know of somebody who have this and though i cannot really relate to the pain he suffers i know it should be a great deal. worst is, he says that doctors dont know much of this illness thus, no medications has been approved yet to cure this. well, i would like to share what my friend did though to relieve him of the pain that he says is "killing" him. he opted for alternative medicine. you might want to check out the following choices here and find out what suits you best.

Acupuncture

Hi raunak,

I just came across your enquiry, and you have chosen well having opted for a health vacation in India. This is the best country to get treatment for fybromyalgia. The best treatment would be Ayurveda, especially the Panchkarma Therapy, followed by specific dietary controls and medication made from natural herbs and plants. You can contact Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakal, in Kerala State which is considered one of the best Ayurvedic treatment centers. You can contact them and register at the following website : http://www.aryavaidyasala.com
