My son is 20 months old, and has some teeth already. When will he get all his teeth, and do they come out in any particular order?

I have seen small children with toothache. Are milk teeth susceptible to cavities? Brushing is not always possible at this age, so how can we care for the teeth?

Early childhood caries occur in milk teeth of infants & toddlers. Tooth decay occurs when the bacteria in the mouth combined with the sugars & starches in the diet produces acids and these break down the enamel of the teeth. Prolonged use of a bottle containing sweetened liquids at bed time is usually the cause. Cow

Why is it that my sister's son had all his milk teeth when he was only 2 years and my son is now two and a half and he has not got all his milk teeth. Is it something I should be worrying about?
