Can you suggest a non surgical treatment for hydrocele? My son who is just 8 suffers from it? If we have to go in for a surgical procedure how long would the discomfort last?

You can try homepathic but it looks difficult even with homepathy. I think one should go for surgical method since it is effective. The discomfort does not last so long because doctor usually gives string pain killers for 3-4 days.

Eat only fruit based diet for 10 days to eliminate toxins

Take lemon water daily

Dont eat spicy food because toxicity is the main culprit in hydrocele.

Unless you want to stick to an all fruit diet for weeks, there is no other cure but surgery. And since in this case the patient happens to be a child he would need more carbs in his diet. You should not hesitate but go in for surgery. It is beneficial in the long run.
