Hello, I am due for a vacation, and hope to visit some exotic places if possible. I have a plan to make it a medical vacation, as I need to get a diagnosis done on the heart palpitations that I experience at times. Can someone suggest a good vacation destination (exotic) which also has good hospitals for heart disease diagnosis and treatment in the proximity. Needless to say I am also looking for economical costs, otherwise I would get it done here in the US.

I think thailand will be very best...the main hospitals in thailand offer heart surgery which are 40% lower then US and then as you are already aware of thailand has best vacation spots be it beaches, mountains, nightclubs/massages etc.

Yes you can choose India too. The advantage being you get to meet with very professional people in the medical field and definitely a larger country with a very rich cultural background.

Its not that India can also be chosen, it should be chosen. For a vacation it is fantastic, and the medical expertise available is comparable with the best in the US, while the cost is a fraction of that in the US. So go ahead and choose India without any reservations, I did, and am a very happy customer.
