I am looking for a cosmetic surgery clinic where skin resurfacing can be done. This could be in any of the countries that offer cost effective medical tourism facilities. I would also like to know if this is actually a surgical procedure and whether it should be performed by a cosmetic surgeon? I am concerned because when I was talking about this to a few of my friends they were telling me that this procedure can be performed by medical staff who are not necessarily doctors by who are termed as 'medical aesthetic staff '. Is this true and is it safe?
