Hello,
I am looking for cosmetic surgery for scars on my hands neck and face due to burns suffered in an accident. I am also looking for a peaceful vacation. Is Costa Rica a good choice medically and economically for this procedure?

It is a wonderful place and very economical for surgeries compared to many countries

I can understand the hesitancy on the part of Narda, I would hesitate too. I hear it is a great place for a holiday, but for medical treatment....I am not so sure. I really have not heard of anyone among the people I know who have been to Costa Rica for treatment.

Yes you are right for Costa Rica that is perfect place for tourism but i'm also not sure in term of medical.. But you may choose some other place for your Cosmetic Burn Surgery with historical and natural places tourism.

Yes why would you want to go to Costa Rica of all places for cosmetic surgery! There are many other countries that provide very affordable treatment packages like - Thailand, India, the Philippines and even many South American countries like Argentina and Brazil - these countries are far more reliable and affordable.

If you are choosing CR for medical reasons then I would suggest there are other countries that provide extremely cost effect solutions for treatments for burns. While I am not writing off CR, I would suggest that you go to a country that is reputed for medical tourism. CR is still building up a reputation.
