Yes if there is a healthy of mixture of fresh vegetables in it that adds fiber content to it.

rightly said by ask me..these days i see to save cost, chefs are using cornflour and wheat flour to cook items in thai pan cuisine..thai pan is also about vegetables and hence some of the dishes are pricey also.

Well thai pan cuisine is all about fresh vegetables but vegetables has lot of insects/ants in it..for example cabbage and cauliflower..and the commerical kitchens just dont throw infected vegetables in dustbin..they simply remove the insects/ants and cook them and deliver to the customer !

Be careful and these days i specially request kitchen cook not to include cauliflower in my chowmein !
