I need to go for my medical treatment in south phils..but someone told me south phils is unstable? is that true?

The Southern part of Philippines continues to be unstable. While no tourists have been targeted there is trouble brewing here. In fact the US State Department has brought out in a report that this place is a safe haven for terrorists. One should wait and watch. But there are good hospitals in other parts of Philippines that are quite safe and reputed and one can venture into medical tourism there.

It is wise to keep out of possible problem areas when travelling abroad. As mentioned in the above post, there are other parts of the country where you can get treatment, so pick one of those and get your treatment with peace of mind.
