I am sure it is the enamel that covers and protects your teeth has receded or come off! This could happen due to the acids present in the sweets and could cause a lot of damage when sweets are take frequently combined with bad dental hygiene - forgetting to brush one's teeth after consuming sweets like chocolate or even coffee or tea!

You can repair the damage by visiting the dentist asap - have an enamel coating done. Please remember to maintain complete oral hygiene there after.

Its very harmful to eat chocolates and sweets in a large amount.
So if u want to keep healthy and clean teeths, then u must far away from these things.

Many really don't care enough for their teeth. Oral hygiene is very important and this can be only be caught by the children from their parents. Many adults don't show enough care and this indifference tells on their kids. Why the other evening some guests - a family a couple with two kids - had dropped in home for a week end stay and I was shocked to see that the parents seemed totally indifferent to the children's eating habits and their oral hygiene. When I showed some concern I was frowned down upon!
