I have been using Braun electric toothbrush for a year....well i like it ! It is expensive and from a german based company and it is so easy to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now i am worried....someone told me electric toothbrushes should not be used for long periods...i wonder why !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone tell me are there any side effects/disadvantages in using electric toothbrush !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder why you just let someone make a statement like that without asking them the reason for not using it for long periods. I do not know of any disadvantages or side-effects of using an electric tooth brush. I have been using one for ages, and have not had any problems so far.
