I am pixie from michigan....i ate lot of noodles last week and now i am feeling bad.

My health is going bad...constipation is causing me stomach pain....

What to do?

I ate non wheat noodles and my digestion has been wrecked !

Hi Pixie,

You can take a dose of stool softner and avoid such foods in future. Nothing to get worried about, it could happen to anyone.

Hi pixie - looks like that was a binge - noodles are made of typically well refined flour - so the fiber content is pretty much negligible. So you have indeed learned a valuable lesson - take a lot of vegetables or juices whenever you eat such food and another lesson - too much of anything is really good for nothing.

Take a balanced diet and spread out on junk food.
