Our Commitment to the Environment

Healism.com is deeply committed to sustainable living and environmental responsibility. While we recognize the costly toll that international travel takes on the Earth, we actively seek to reduce the footprint left by our organization and by all who take advantage of medical tourism. Material conservation, recycling, education, and renewable energy research remain central to this goal.

As Part of our Commitment:

• We refrain from printing business cards, internal memos, leaflets, and correspondence of any kind. Except for miscellaneous legal and tax forms, Healism.com is 100% paperless.

• We donate a percentage of all proceeds to the We Campaign. 

• We aggressively minimize consumption of natural resources.

• We limit our use of material goods.

• We encourage our writers to telecommute whenever appropriate. Healism.com is a virtual office, so except for onsite inspections at medical facilities, all of our staff members work remotely from around the world.

At Healism.com, we fully recognize our responsibility towards Mother Earth. However, we also realize that environmental protection is a process and not an isolated event. If you identify ways in which we can improve our commitment, we would love to hear from you.
