With plastic surgery and liposuction costs so low, medical tourism is greatly aiding the economy in the Philippines.  Beverly Hills 6750 is representative of this trend, with hundreds of tourists flocking to receive excellent care from well-trained surgeons, many of whom studied in the States.  Dayanara Torres, a former Miss Universe, agreed to promote the treatment facility as part of a larger push to market medical tourism to developing countries around the world.
